A. Yes, we provide individualized assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring and walking.

Q. Do you have to have a roommate?

A. No, we have both private and semi-private accommodations available.

Q. What types of activities are available at Waterford Gardens?

Q. Can I take my loved one off of the premises?

A. Yes, you're always welcome to take your loved one to lunch or for several days at a time. We will assist you in this process as well.

Q. Will I get lost--will anyone know me?

A. Each of our homes is built with seniors in mind. Each can only accommodate 16 residents when full. Our wonderful caregivers have longevity working at Waterford Gardens and know everyone and their specialized needs.

Q. Where is Waterford Gardens located?

A. Waterford Gardens is located in beautiful Mission Texas, nestled on 1522 East Griffin Parkway, between Stewart and Bryan roads.

Q. Does Waterford Gardens provide 24 hour assistance?

A. Yes, Waterford Gardens provides 24 hour staff care and supervision.

Q. Are meals provided?

A. We provide three tasty home-cooked and nutritious meals and snacks a day. Individualized food preparation is available, if needed.

Q. Will utilities be included in the cost?

A. All utilities are paid for, including cable. A residents' phone line with a cordless phone is provided. Residents may opt for a private line in their bedroom, which is not included in the monthly rent. Several phone jackets are already in place in each room.

Q. Is assisted living affordable?

A. Of the three alternatives that seniors have for care: assisted living, nursing home or 24 hour care at home, Assisted Living is the most affordable option.
